By ticking the agreement page and continuing with my purchase, I acknowledge that I have read this entire agreement and understand that I will be held fully responsible for its terms and charges and I agree not to chargeback My Jewel Boutique dba Princess Time Toys as long as I receive the services that are defined within the terms of the agreement.

IMPORTANT: Any policy linked to a separate policy page within the item's/product's web page supplements and supersedes this general store policy.

Shipping fees are calculated based on weight and distance your item will travel. Our shipping calculator is linked to the Unied States Postal Service (USPS) website which provides real-time quotes from our location (Renton, WA 98058) to your location as registered. We never charge a handling fee. We can also offer additional services, please feel free to contact us should the service you wish not be included in the calculator. Please be aware that the Postal Service only guarantees Express Mail.
For all other services, they list the average time for delivery,
however, this is not guaranteed and shipping can take much longer. If
you need guaranteed delivery, choose USPS Express or UPS. Additionally, Delivery Confirmation is not the same as Tracking as the Post Office is only required to scan it at delivery so it;s likely the label will only show that we've printed it until actual delivery. The Post Office only offers tracking on Express packages. If you need a tracking service, you'll need to choose UPS. Sending
a gift? We're happy to mail your item to an alternate address as well
as provide a gift message at no extra charge and gift wrapping for a nominal fee.

For items damaged during shipping
Contact us immediately (no later than two days of the delivery date) for further instructions. To process the exchange or a return on damaged items, you MUST keep the original box and all packaging. For furniture and ride on toys, the manufacturer may send replacement pieces or parts. A damaged item is not considered a return and will to be refunded if the customer chooses not to accept replacement parts.
Refused Shipments:
Please note that any shipment Refused or returned for insufficient or incorrect address will be subject to a 20% restock fee plus original shipping costs.
Cancellation Policy:
If we are able to cancel your order before it is produced and/or shipped, there is not a charge for the cancellation. If the order has already been processed or shipped, please follow our Return Policy.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item within 10 days of the delivery date for furniture (dolls and kids) and 30-days for costumes and toys. The original shipping cost is not refundable. If the item was subject to free shipping, our actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. We will refund you your purchase price minus the original shipping costs and any applicable restocking fee.
To Request a Return Authorization: Please email queen@princesstimetoys.com and include the following information:
- Order Date
- Product name
- Your name
- Reason for return
All items must be returned freight prepaid within the time specified above in the new, unused condition and in the original box with all parts, accessories and documentations . We recommend to ship your returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage. If the returned merchandise is damaged by you or during return transport and/or incomplete or not resalable, we will not be able to accept the return or issue a refund.
Items which cannot be returned:
- Items that specifically state they cannot be returned or "Not Refundable", or items which have been assembled or are missing their packaging.
- After 10/30 days of the delivery date (as noted above), we are not able to accept any return; however, we will assist you in contacting the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement.
Restocking Fee:
If you have any further questions, please queen@princesstimetoys.comWe do not charge a restocking fee for most of our products. However some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, like all Guidecraft furniture products.
STOCK SHORTAGES:
If a stock discrepancy prevents fulfillment, we will offer either a complete refund, backorder or substitute product.
PRIVACY POLICY:
We take your privacy seriously. We will never disclosure your personal information and take every step necessary to protect it online.
